When are you open?
We are open from 4.30 am till 2 pm Monday through till Friday and 5am -12pm on Saturdays. However you can call our mobile phone any time and leave a message, or text, or email us.
How do I find out about prices?
Email or call us with your particular needs and we will send you an appropriate price list for each item.
How do I get started?
Contact us either by phone or email. We will talk to you about your requirements and send you a client contact details form and terms and conditions for you to read and return. Then we can arrange for the process to start.
How does it work?
Hired Linen is usually for a period of time, and must be returned for turnover.
You tell us your requirements, we will set up an account, we will deliver the linen either on our morning run or at an arranged time and place. We will then collect the dirty linen at an arranged time.
As an alternative you can drop off and collect your linen, by arrangement to our premises if it is more convenient and efficient.
Do you provide laundry bags?
Yes we do, when we deliver the linen to you.
How is the order charged?
You will receive an invoice with the goods delivered. Then on the first of the month you will receive a statement for that month. Payment will be due 7 days from the end of that month.
Is there a late payment fee?
Yes a 10% fee will be charge after 10 days of non payment, see terms and Conditions.
What if I over order, can I get a refund on unused returned linen?
No, not using the linen does not warrant a refund. The linen will still require laundering.
How long can I keep the hired linen?
This varies depending on whether the linen is for regular, restaurant hire or non regular event hire. Daily or regular hire has a non specific turnaround time as it is ongoing. Event linen or one off orders must be available for collection within a 4 day period.
Accommodation linen hire is for 1-7 nights, or the length of the booking.
Also tailored individual arrangements exist which are beneficial to our customers requirements.
If I don’t want to hire linen, can I have my linen laundered?
Yes we will pick up, launder and return your personally owned linen. It will be process separately from any other linen.
What happens if the linen I hire gets damaged?
If the linen is damaged due to use other than for what it is designed for, e.g table cover for dining, then, yes replacement costs will be charged. See Terms and Conditions.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes there is usually a delivery fee for the ordered linen. However some circumstances, the fee is waived please enquire.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Please contact us immediately and we will deal with the situation on an individual basis.
